The Role

The Analyst/Senior Analyst (Paralegal) will join our Entity Management team who oversee the full lifecycle of Sixth Street’s internal global entities. This cross-functional role requires close collaboration with Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Compliance teams to support transaction, fund, and regulatory workstreams.
