About the Role
The (Senior) Lead - Employment Law role will report to the Head of Employment Law on the Legal Team.
On is looking for a business-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive employment lawyer to join the On Legal Team in Zurich, Switzerland reporting to the Head of Employment Law. Someone who has a demonstrated ability to independently manage a diverse and complex workload, while proactively anticipating issues in this dynamic, growth oriented environment.
