Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement

ICON is looking for a Manager to lead enablement programs and recruiting operations in support of our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will own strategic initiatives across the talent acquisition function and manage operational aspects of the full recruiting lifecycle. You’ll drive efficiency and hire quality by championing and analyzing new programs and initiatives within the talent acquisition space.  This role is based on site on  ICON’s Austin, TX campus
