As a Senior Manager, People Business Partner supporting Datadog’s organization within G&A, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our people strategy to enable growth, scalability, and high performance. You’ll partner closely with senior G&A leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and engagement across a diverse set of teams. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution, helping leaders and teams thrive through
