About the Role
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for daily supervision of lab staff performing duties such as laboratory testing and data review. Duties include but are not limited to coaching, motivating, staffing, evaluating, and training staff. Works closely with Manager to ensure company, department, and team goals are met.
