Head of Engagement Management

As Head of Engagement Management, you will own account management and growth strategy for one or several of Scale’s most strategic GenAI customers, working across GTM, ML, finance, and Delivery Operations teams to develop sustainably successful growth plans. You'll operate at the center of the relationship — serving as the senior, operationally grounded thought partner to some of the world's leading AI research teams and the internal owner of how Scale grows with them.
