Utility Steward

We are seeking part-time and full-time Utility Stewards to support the team by demonstrating the highest standards of culinary excellence, accountability, respect, integrity, and compassion. The utility steward is responsible for providing support to the Food and Beverage Department by maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and back-of-house work area, including dishwashing of china, glassware, flatware. Maintains the food storeroom and executes special projects under the
